FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices intended for fabrication by winding the laminar reinforced articles of polymer compositions and can be used form production of antifriction bearings. Proposed device for fabrication of antifriction bearing by winding of reinforcement material tape with impregnation with binder with filler comprises reel (2) with tape (3) arranged at frame (1), brake device (4), impregnation rolls (5), mandrel (7) secured in chuck (8) fitted on drive shaft (9) running in bearings (10) and engaged with drive motor (11), and lever (7) secured to said mandrel (12) to fix the tension. Motor (11) is arranged on shaft (9) support in cantilever and coupled with lever (12) in contact with cantilever strain beam (12). Axles (6) of rolls (5) are fitted to displace axially relative to each other and coupled by rocker (15) whereto vibrator (16) is secured.EFFECT: longer life.1 dwg |
