<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform power discharge/charge operations between EVs without changing a conventional internal EV configuration.SOLUTION: In a vehicle-to-vehicle power discharge/charge device 100 connecting between a power feeding-side vehicle and a power receiving-side vehicle, a control section 101 transmits a signal for instructing the power feeding-side vehicle for power supply starting with a power control protocol which the power feeding-side vehicle accommodates, and transmits a signal showing that electric power can be supplied to the power receiving-side vehicle with a power control protocol which the power receiving-side vehicle accommodates.</p> |
