PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing material for solar cell which facilitates formation of a solar cell module of good appearance because it has sufficient heat resistance, and exhibits excellent flexibility when laminating, and to provide a solar cell module manufactured by using the same.SOLUTION: A sealing material for solar cell composed of a resin composition containing at least a polyethylene-based resin (A), and a polyethylene-based resin (B) having a density higher than that of the polyethylene-based resin (A) satisfies the following conditions (1)-(3). (1) The crystal melting calorie measured at a heating rate of 10°C/min in the differential scanning calorimetry is 110 J/g or less, (2) The crystal melting calorie at 120°C or more measured at a heating rate of 10°C/min in the differential scanning calorimetry is 3.0-50 J/g, and (3) The flow starting temperature under a load of 1 kgf/cmis 160°C or less. |
