<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk that is able to minimize the displacement of a turn table, which occurs when impact is applied to the turn table.SOLUTION: An optical disk device comprises: a turn table 18 for placing an optical disk thereon; a spindle motor 14 arranged opposite the turn table 18 and having an output shaft 16 extending toward the turn table; and an optical pickup that emits a laser beam to the optical disk. The turn table 18 includes: a table part 50 for placing an optical disk thereon; a boss part 52 extending toward the spindle motor 14 from the table part 50, and attached to the output shaft 16; and a plurality of projections 58 provided on the boss part 52 and projecting by a predetermined amount D1 from the leading end part 52a of the boss part 52 toward the spindle motor 14. The plurality of projections 58 are arranged so as to be symmetrical with respect to a radial straight line passing through the center of the boss part 52.</p> |
