<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical connector with an optical path switching function capable of reducing connection loss by making as small as possible an inclination of a guide pin with respect to an original receiving angle which results from inevitable manufacturing tolerance, and to provide a sorting method of the optical connector with the optical path switching function.SOLUTION: When a length of two parallel sides 25 and 26 demarcating a surface of a connection body 19 is defined as "L+L" and "L+L" respectively, there is provided an optical connector with an optical path switching function constituted by a pair of a fixed side connector 13 and a movable side connector 16 which has L, L, L, and Lsatisfying a relation of Formula (1), in which the amount of axis deviation of an optical axis of fixed side optical fibers 11 from an optical axis of movable side optical fibers 14 is represented as X, a length of a guide pin 17 is represented as L, a width of a connection body 19 is represented as W, a length of two parallel sides 21 and 22 demarcating a surface of the fixed side connector 13 is represented as Land Lrespectively, and a length of two parallel sides 23 and 24 demarcating a surface of the movable side connector 16 is represented as Land Lrespectively.</p> |
