FIELD: personal use articles.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to kitchenware for water boiling, particularly to kettles. Electric kettle includes shell, heating element connected to control unit. The kettle includes a vessel made of material permeable for infrared radiation with double walls and vacuum between them, and reflector, so that the vessel serves as water reservoir and is positioned in the shell. Heating element is made in the form of infrared heater and positioned at the external side of the vessel bottom. Reflector is positioned between the shell and heating element.EFFECT: reduced cooling of electric kettle after the heater is switched off.1 dwg |
