<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular direction indicator having a superior design as well as capable of improving visibility from a vehicle side part while satisfying distribution of light in a forward or rearward direction of the vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicular direction indicator 13 comprises a light source 20, a light emission body 29 for guiding light from the light source to emit it outside the vehicle. The light emission body includes an outer emission surface 30 faced against the outside of the vehicle, an inner emission surface 31 faced against the inside the vehicle and an extremity end surface 32 facing to a front part or a rear part of the vehicle and connecting both emission surfaces. The outer emission surface is formed like a step manner where a first surface part 30a facing against the outside of the vehicle and a second surface 30b facing to the front part or the rear part of the vehicle are alternatively co-arranged in a forward or rearward direction L2 of the vehicle. Light from the light source is emitted from the first surface part to outside and emitted outward from the second surface part and the extremity end surface at a stronger light intensity than that emitted from the first surface part.</p> |
