FIELD: physics, optics.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optical devices, namely to devices for obtaining of images of microscopic objects, and can be used in complexes of research equipment of space vehicles. The device for obtaining of images of microscopic objects includes a microbasin, lighting system, main recording system as a CCD-array and optical devices forming a microscope. The device is fitted with the analytical device consisting of a source of coherent monochromatic radiation, additional registration system and electronic unit. The electronic unit provides a possibility of recognition of diffraction rings and finding the diffracting microscopic object.EFFECT: expansion of functionalities of the device and, as a sequence, provision of decrease of volume of the data registered by the microscope at considerable increase of their self-descriptiveness.2 cl, 2 dwg |
