PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a license plate lamp which can secure light distribution of a license plate lamp to a license plate with high accuracy without deteriorating an outfitting property.SOLUTION: A mounting structure of a license plate lamp of a vehicle, which has a license plate mounting part 11 for mounting a license plate 6 arranged on a rear bumper 10, includes a support bracket 20 having a bumper fixing part 22 to which the rear bumper 10 is fixed in a position opposite to a rear surface side of the license plate mounting part 11 in a rear end of a vehicle body. A lamp support part 21 which is extended from the bumper fixing part 22 at a predetermined angle to a rear bumper 10 side and on which the license plate lamp 7 is mounted is integrally formed on the support bracket 20.
