<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for performing bidirectional communications capable of transmitting and receiving road traffic information and the like between a self vehicle and unspecified peripheral vehicles.SOLUTION: An information communication device 1 for vehicles, includes wireless units capable of performing bidirectional communications among unspecified vehicles. By using the information communication devices 1, own vehicle transmits preset information together with position information of the own vehicle to unspecified other vehicles within a radio wave reachable range, and, on the other hand, a vehicle having received the radio wave computes the received position information and self position information, calculates the direction and the distance, and displays the transmission source and contents of the information on a display part. Further, the information communication device 1 for vehicles, has an answerback transmission function 7 for transmitting the receipt of the information to the vehicle having transmitted the information.</p> |
