<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a liquid crystal display element, capable of obtaining a liquid crystal display element less warped, with suppressed thermal degradation.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a liquid crystal display element 1 includes the steps of: arranging a joint material layer on a surface of a substrate 2 using joint material containing curable component; arranging a semiconductor chip 4 on a surface of the joint material layer and performing tentative press bonding to thereby obtain a laminate in which the substrate 2, the joint material layer, and the semiconductor chip 4 are tentatively press bonded; curing the joint material layer by heating the laminate at a temperature equal to or lower than 100°C without heating the laminate at a temperature over 100°C to perform the regular press bonding, and by irradiating the joint material layer with light in the regular press bonding or before completion of curing of the joint material layer following the regular press bonding, to thereby form a cured layer 3 and obtain the liquid crystal display element 1 in which the substrate 2, the cured layer 3, and the semiconductor chip 4 are regularly press bonded.</p> |
