PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paddle for a kneader at a low cost and having high abrasion resistance and to provide the kneader equipped with the paddle.SOLUTION: A paddle 20 for a kneader has a lattice-like projected part 27 projecting in a thickness direction at one or both of a transportation surface 21 and a back surface 22 and being disposed to be lattice-like. An object to be kneaded is adhered to a square recessed part 28 formed by the lattice-like projected part 27 and the adhered object to be kneaded serves to protect the paddle 20 from abrasion. Thus, the abrasion resistance of the paddle 20 can be enhanced at a low cost in comparison with the hard facing of the whole part which easily causes abrasion. |
