PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zoom lens which has a high zoom ratio, is easy to acquire good images, and enables reduction of thickness of a camera or the like when used therewith.SOLUTION: A zoom lens comprises, in order from the object side to the image plane side, first through fifth lens groups having positive, negative, positive, negative, and positive refractive power. When zooming, at least the second lens group and the fourth lens group move while the fifth lens group is stationary such that the distance between the first lens group and the second lens group increases and the distance between the second lens group and the third lens group decreases, while the distance between the third lens group and the fourth lens group changes and the distance between the fourth lens group and the fifth lens group increases at a telephoto end relative to at a wide angle end. Reflection means is provided between the fourth lens group and the fifth lens group to bend a light path. |
