PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply switch section shorting protection circuit provided with functionality for protecting the power supply switch section by performing immediate cutoff in response to shorting in the output side of the power supply switch section, and also for eliminating misdetection other than shorting.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, if a shorting detection signal 102 is output after the power supply switch section 6 is turned on, the power supply switch section 6 can properly be protected from shorting in the output side (1) by turning off the power supply switch section 6. If the shorting detection signal 102 is not output after the power supply switch section 6 is turned on, it is possible to avoid that the voltage drop in the normal operation is detected as shorting by mistake by turning off the shorting detection function. |
