PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that product performance cannot be satisfied when organic EL is applied to an electronic photographic exposure head because time degradation of a light-emitting element is fast.SOLUTION: When performing dither processing as image formation processing, continuous lighting of a light-emitting element and fixation of lighting position are prevented by changing a reference position of a dither matrix used for a predetermined printing execution unit to suppress time degradation speed of the light-emitting element.
