<p>According to high definition of a display device, number of pixels increases, and number of gate lines and number of signal lines increase. If the number of gate lines and the number of signal lines increase, it is difficult to mount an IC chip having a driving circuit to drive the same by bonding and the like and manufacturing costs increase. The display device includes a pixel part and a driving circuit driving the pixel part on the same substrate. A thin film transistor using an oxide semiconductor is used in the pixel part, and at least a part of the driving circuit is constituted with a thin film transistor using the oxide semiconductor. Manufacturing costs are reduced, by installing the driving circuit, additionally to the pixel part on the same substrate.</p> |
