摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biocompatible porous body and an industrially efficient manufacturing method which have excellent pore characteristics, biocompatibility and flexibility, and furthermore, excellent handleability and moldability, and to provide a cell culture substrate and an antiadhesive material including the biocompatible porous body.SOLUTION: There is provided a biocompatible porous body constituted of a substrate-porous layer laminate in which a biocompatible resin porous layer, which has a large number of micropores at least on one side of a substrate and in which an average pore diameter of the micropore is 0.01 to 20 μm, is integrally formed with the substrate by a wet phase inversion process. Further, there is also provided a biocompatible porous body constituted of a biocompatible resin porous film having no substrate which is formed by the wet phase inversion process and in which the porous film has a large number of micropores and an average pore diameter of the micropore is 0.01 to 20 μm.
