The present invention relates to a permanent drainage device for a building. The permanent drainage device for a building comprises: a cylindrical pipe not to disturb the flow of underground water flowing inside when the water flows; and a spiral hole in a line consecutively formed on the circumference of the cylindrical pipe in a longitudinal direction. Therefore, the permanent drainage device of the present invention minimizes the resistance of a fluid when the fluid flows along a pipe line having a hollow tube shape where the inside is empty, and prevents the flow of fluid from being disturbed. A fluid speed is increased such that a processed flow rate is maximized. Therefore, the underground water flows in all directions of the cylindrical pipe through the spiral hole of the cylindrical pipe, and the underground water around the cylindrical pipe flows into the cylindrical pipe. In comparison to a general cylindrical pipe, the permanent drainage device has excellent flexibility. |
