PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light projection device that has a simple configuration, projects light of a fringe grating pattern to a measuring object, and can shift the phase of the grating pattern at a high speed.SOLUTION: The light projection device 1 includes: N screens 2 having the same fringe pattern repeated at a predetermined cycle; N irradiation members 3 for radiating light to the screens 2, respectively; an optical element for guiding transmitted light from each screen 2 to the same measuring object; and a switching device for switching radiation between N irradiation members. By the switching between the irradiation members, the same fringe pattern is projected to the measuring object while the phase is sequentially shifted. |
