<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake system and a control method of the same, which can decrease operation frequency of a vacuum pump and enhance negative pressure in a suction chamber of a brake booster.SOLUTION: A brake system comprises: a first passage L1 which is connected to a suction chamber of a brake booster 12 and an intake pipe 32; a check valve CV1 which is disposed in the first passage L1; a second passage L2 which bypasses the check valve CV1; an electrically-driven vacuum pump 18 which is disposed in the second passage L2 to supply the suction chamber of the brake booster 12 with negative pressure; a check valve CV2 which is disposed in the first passage L1 or the second passage L2; a third passage L3 which bypasses the check valve CV1; a reserve tank 28 which is disposed in the third passage L3; a check valve CV3 which is disposed in the third passage L3; and a check valve CV4 which is disposed in the third passage L3.</p> |
