<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering column support structure in which steering vibration can be reduced adequately while achieving weight saving and cost reduction adequately.SOLUTION: In a steering column support structure C including vehicle body side brackets 2A, 2B fitted to a P-P member 1, column side brackets 5A, 5B fitted to a steering column 3 side, and coupling parts 8A, 8B for achieving coupling of the vehicle body side brackets 2A, 2B with the column side brackets 5A, 5B, an elastic member 4 is fitted to the P-P member 1. The elastic member 4 is configured so that forces F1, F2 generated by load that the vehicle body side brackets 2A, 2B receive from the column side brackets 5A, 5B in such a direction that bending of the coupling parts 8A, 8B is reduced are given always to the vehicle body side brackets 2A, 2B.</p> |
