FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: foaming, heating and/or whipping device for preparation of hot beverages contains a central body (2) that is to be detachably connected to the steam conduit tube (3) and the external housing (4) that is tightly fitted onto the said central body (2); the central body (2) partly protrudes from the central body (4) for its partial immersion into the beverage together with part of the external housing (4) so that to form channel (7, 8) for passage of air and liquid for foaming, specifically, for their mixing with steam and, accordingly, for mixing of the three flows; the device contains at least one first mixing section (9) for formation of a mixture composed of air and liquid for whipping that are supplied, respectively from at least one inlet channel (8) and at least one rising channel (7) that are formed by means of the central body (2) and the external housing (4); the mixture obtained is then blended in at least one second mixing section (10) with steam supplied into the second mixing section (10) under pressure, specifically - through the delivery tube (3), and then supplied into the beverage via at least one outlet channel (11) passing from the second mixing section(10).EFFECT: design simplification and device cleaning.10 cl, 8 dwg |
