PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin and large liquid crystal display device or organic EL display device excellent in display qualities, which is a display device having an integrated capacitive touch panel electrode substrate.SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display device or an organic EL display device with a touch panel is provided, in which a capacitive touch panel electrode substrate is integrally disposed on a display screen of the liquid crystal display device. The touch panel electrode substrate is composed of an upper electrode substrate 1 and a lower electrode substrate 3; and each of the electrode substrates 1 and 3 includes a great number of conductive metal wires patterned to be parallel to one another on one surface of a transparent substrate. The upper electrode substrate 1 is attached to an upper face of a color filter substrate 2 in the liquid crystal display device or the organic EL display device, and the lower electrode substrate 3 is attached to a lower face of the color filter substrate. |
