PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner processing device that suppresses the occurrence of the isolation of an external additive even when a large-diameter external additive is added to improve transferability.SOLUTION: A toner processing device 100 comprises: a processing tank 110 that accommodates a processing target material including toner particles and an external additive; a stirring blade 120 that flows the processing target material accommodated in the processing tank 110 upward from a bottom part 110a of the processing tank 110; a processing blade 130 that is rotatably provided above the stirring blade 120, and includes a rotating body main body 131 and processing parts 132 protruding outward in the radial direction from the outer peripheral surface of the rotating body main body 131 and colliding with the processing target material to process the processing target material; and a rectifying member 140 that is provided above the processing blade 130, and changes a direction of flow of the processing target material in a processing area by the processing blade to a reverse direction to the direction of rotation of the processing blade 130. |
