<p>A device for machining the edge of a steel plate according to the present invention comprises an electrolyte treatment part storing an electrolyte and forming a crystal nucleus on the surface of a steel plate by corroding the transferred steel plate with the electrolyte; a phosphate treatment part storing phosphate, and forming a film on the surface of the steel plate by growing the crystal nucleus transferred from an electrolyte tank; an ionic reaction filter part transferring the phosphate from a phosphate tank through pumping pressure, and filtering micro-solid bodies contained in the phosphate through an ionic reaction; and an auxiliary filter part transferring the phosphate from an ionic reaction filter, and resending the phosphate into the phosphate tank after filtering plastic wastes or metal particles contained in the phosphate.</p> |
