PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel cell capable of suppressing occurrence of cracks at the inside thereof.SOLUTION: A solid oxide fuel cell includes: a fuel electrode 20 comprising NiO and a ceramic material having a thermal expansion coefficient smaller than that of NiO; an air electrode; and a solid electrolyte layer 30 disposed between the fuel electrode 20 and the air electrode. When the fuel electrode 20 before reduction is subjected to XRD analysis, the peak angle of the ceramic material is within 0.06 degree at 2&thetas; on a high angle side from the peak angle of raw material powder of the ceramic material. |
