The present invention relates to a standalone signal lamp apparatus and a mosaic panel annunciator having the same. The standalone signal lamp apparatus, for displaying the failure of at least one electric equipment corresponding to any one type of failure among a plurality of failure types, comprises: an input port including an FT input channel for inputting a fault signal, an FL input channel for inputting a flicker signal, and a PW input channel for inputting a power signal; a switch for connecting the FL input channel to one of a first lamp or a second lamp according to the user operation; a first relay for flickering one of the first lamp or the second lamp in response to the flicker signal excited by the fault signal; and a second relay for exciting the first relay in response to the power signal excited by the fault signal.
