The present invention relates to a chiller system. The chiller system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a consumer; a plurality of chiller modules which operates an odd number of chilling cycles to supply cold water to the consumer and includes a condenser circulating cooling water and an evaporator circulating the cold water; a water pipe which is arranged in the condenser and the evaporator to guide the flow of the cold water and the cooling water; a first cap assembly which is arranged on a side of the chiller modules and has an inlet and an outlet for the cooling water and the cold water; and a flow path division unit which is arranged on the first cap assembly and restricts the water drawn in through the inlet from entering a part of the water pipe in the condenser and the evaporator.
