Provided is a thermosetting foaming body which includes sheets made of aramid fiber, wherein a foamed core is formed between the sheets. Provided is a method for manufacturing a thermosetting foaming body, including the steps of manufacturing sheets made of aramid fiber and inserting the foamed core between the sheets and molding the sheets.
