The present invention relates to a method for producing a hybrid material for durability and insulation improvement. The method comprises: a first step of producing a surface-treated inorganic particle by treating the surface of an inorganic particle through a technique of adding organic silane in a solvent in which the inorganic particle is dispersed in order to be reacted; a second step of producing a dried inorganic particle by drying the surface-treated inorganic particle of the first step; and a third step of producing an organic/inorganic hybrid material by mixing the dried inorganic particle of the second step with an organic resin. Accordingly, the inorganic particle is dispersed in the solvent and is surface-treated through organic silane, and the surface-treated inorganic particle is separated and dried, so the inorganic particle which is surface-treated through functional silane can be obtained. Then, the same is mixed with a resin having excellent insulation and durability without a solvent, so a hybrid liquid material is produced. When a reaction is performed through hardening without the volatilization of the solvent, shrinkage is not accompanied. The filling rate of the inorganic particle can be increased, and a chemical bond with the resin is induced, so the same can be applied to coated and molded products of electric devices. |
