<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator element capable of preventing interfacial peeling of an electrode film on the periphery of a through-hole, a droplet discharge head, a droplet discharge device, and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: An actuator element includes an electrode film such as an upper electrode film 210, and an insulator film such as an interlayer dielectric 204 having a through-hole such as a contact hole 211 for connecting wiring to the electrode film such as the upper electrode film 210. A shape of a peripheral edge of the through-hole such as the contact hole 211 is a polygon with a vertical angle larger than 90 degrees or a closed curve with no corner part.</p> |
