摘要 The present invention provides a method for manufacturing fabric which forms a layer structure capable of melting snow piled up in heavy snow by heating. The method comprises: a first step of selecting at least one among 20-60s para-aramid yarn, meta-aramid yarn, oxidation acrylonitrile yarn or 75-1500 denier para-aramid filament yarn to spin core yarn (11) (S10); a second step of selecting at least one among a titanium wire, a stainless steel wire, a nickel wire, and an alloy wire, twisting the selected one around the outer periphery of the core yarn (11) spun in the first step (S10), and covering and winding a heating yarn (21) (S20); a third step of weaving fabric by forming, as a weft portion (31), the heating yarn (21) twisted in the second step (S20), and forming a warp portion (32) from at least one selected among polyester yarn, nylon yarn, acrylic yarn, and natural yarn, wherein the warp portion (32) is woven by interposing electrode yarns (33) which are arranged on side portions or at an equal interval to supply current to the heating yarn (21) (S30); and a fourth step of completing heating fabric (H) by applying and laminating a functional polymer to both sides of the fabric woven in the third step (S30) (S40). Accordingly, the method is applied to the construction of a layer structure that is one among buildings being used as various event halls to melt snow piled up on the upper surface of the layer structure during heavy snow, thereby preventing collapse of the layer structure caused by a concentrated load.
