<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for driving a piezoelectric element and an apparatus for applying a chemical liquid using the same. The apparatus for driving a piezoelectric element according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise a boosting unit for boosting input voltage by using an OP amplifier; a driving voltage supply unit for supplying the drive voltage to the OP amplifier based on the output voltage of the boosting unit; and a charging and discharging unit for charging or discharging the piezoelectric element according to the output voltage of the boosting unit.</p> |
