<p>The present invention relates to an emotional advertisement-based smart TV having an advertisement fee calculation function according to tracking setups. The present invention includes: a broadcast content processing module which receives packetized broadcast content and advertisement tag content from a broadcast content server through a broadcast communication network and separates the advertisement tag content from the broadcast content in order to replay the broadcast content in a streaming way of a broadcast transmission frame unit; and a voice tracking module which prepares an explicit advertisement and an implicit advertisement, to which a tracking effect is applied, by extracting tag data which is matched with voice recognition information in the advertisement tag content which is composed of multiple tag data which respectively include information of each advertisement object and setting a marking for tracking a position only about an advertisement object which corresponds to the extracted tag data in case of a voice tracking mode.</p> |
