PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism that performs follow-up call origination processing in a communication mode desired by a user if a communication error occurs.SOLUTION: A communication terminal device of the invention accepts a user's instruction, selects one communication mode from multiple communication modes according to the user's instruction, performs call origination processing via a network corresponding to the selected communication mode, determines a communication mode at the time of making a call again from the accepted user's instruction and a cause of an error if the error occurs at the call origination processing, and performs follow-up call origination processing in the determined communication mode. |
