PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction device of an internal combustion engine capable of efficiently arranging a tumble flow control valve and a throttle valve.SOLUTION: The suction device comprises: a first arm part 71 supported by a first rotation shaft 22a supporting a throttle valve 22; a second arm part 72 supported by a second rotation shaft 65a parallel to the first rotation shaft 22a supporting a tumble control valve 65; a link member 78 for coupling the first arm part 71 and the second arm part 72 in a linking manner; and a lost motion mechanism 73 for retaining rotation start of the second arm part 72 until predetermined rotation of the first arm part 71.
