PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a shift control device of a vehicle capable of reducing shift shocks with a simple structure by changing a clutch capacity.SOLUTION: A shift control device of a vehicle comprises: a clutch for reducing a clutch capacity by a lifter plate position; a lifter cam plate 84 for lifting the lifter plate along with rotation of a shift spindle; and a control part for providing a rotation command to an actuator. A profile of the lifter cam plate 84 has a first capacity step part 111 and a second capacity step part 112 whose lift amounts are constant relative to rotation of the lifter cam plate 84 and which are interposed between a cutting step part 113 and a connection step part 110. The control part has a spindle angle control part for controlling the lifter am plate 84 so that it is positioned at the first capacity step part 111 and the second capacity step part 112.
