PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently create a production plan while considering constraint conditions peculiar to each process facility when creating the production plan having multistep processes.SOLUTION: Regarding a process facility of one process in multistep processes as an object of a production plan, a control method comprises the steps of: acquiring an operating condition; calculating the production amount of material to be produced on the basis of the operating condition according to the request amount by using a component constitution table; and calculating the production amount of material to be produced on the basis of an operating condition of an upstream process as input of the upstream process for the process facility.
