The invention relates to a computer system for data management and transmission comprising: a computer having a processor configured to execute a data distribution tool and a user interface; and a network interface configured to connect the computer to a network for exchanging electronic data packs between the computer system, an exchange system, a charge issuer system and a valuation system; wherein the data distribution tool operates responsive to receipt of a user completed electronic data pack from the exchange system to autonomously generate and transmit: (i) a legal details electronic data pack, transmitted to the charge issuer system; and (ii) a valuation electronic data pack, transmitted to the valuation system, the tool further configured to receive a valuation result from the valuation system and to generate therefrom a user offer electronic data pack and to transmit the electronic data pack to the exchange system. |
