PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable, when treating organic waste water by electrodialysis, a stable long-term electrodialysis without membrane contamination.SOLUTION: Provided is a treatment method of an organic waste water comprising: subjecting the organic waste water containing salts and organic matter to an SS removal treatment; and performing an electrodialysis treatment of the organic waste water after the SS removal treatment to separate the waste water into electrodialytically concentrated water and electrodialytically treated water, wherein, as a cation exchange membrane in the electrodialysis treatment, there is used one including a vinyl alcohol-based copolymer having an anionic group-containing anionic polymer segment and a vinyl alcohol polymer segment, and having a microphase separation structure having a domain size (X) in a range of 0 nm<X≤150 nm. |
