a measuring unit configured to measure information of a subject eye; a first projecting unit configured to project a light beam onto the subject eye in a first direction; a second projecting unit configured to project a light beam onto the subject eye from a second direction different than the first direction of the first projecting unit; a selecting unit configured to select a bright spot image corresponding to a reflected light beam reflected by the cornea of the subject eye from among a plurality of bright spot images on the basis of a positional relationship between a first bright spot image formed from a plurality of bright spot images corresponding to the light beam projected by the first projecting unit and a second bright spot image corresponding to the light beam projected from the second projecting unit; and a calculating unit configured to calculate a state of alignment between the subject eye and the measuring unit using the bright spot image selected from the plurality of first bright spot images. |
