PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a breather pipe function without forming a breather chamber in a mission case.SOLUTION: A detent plate 17 rotating about a rotational shaft 16 in response to a shift range selected by a driver rotates to a position at which the detent plate 17 covers a lower portion of an inlet opening 12a of a breather pipe 12 in shift ranges other than a parking range. Therefore, the detent plate 17 can shield oil scraped up by transmission gears of a transmission, thereby making it possible to prevent entry of the oil into an inlet opening 12a of the breather pipe 12. Furthermore, since the detent plate 17 rotates at a position offset from the lower portion of the inlet opening 12a in the parking range in which the oil is not scraped up, it is possible to ensure exhibiting a breather function by communicating an interior and an exterior of a mission case 11 with each other via the breather pipe 12. |
