Said at least one memory and the computer program code are configured to, with the at least one processor, cause the apparatus at least to capture a one or more digital images of a house having a floor plan; map a plurality of virtual vertices of a rendered 3D floor plan over a plurality of picture vertices of said one or more digital images; and render said rendered 3D floor plan in said virtual structural staging system on said at least one processor.
