An electronic water heating/cooling system for passenger train comprises a power supply(1) for an heat exchange chamber(5), a transformer(2) for a lamp(9) for sterilizing inlet water, a circulation motor for cooling hot surface of an electronic cooling element, and a water supply controller (10). The heat exchange chamber(5) comprises the electronic cooling element(13) whose cooling part is contacted with the water, a heater(6) for hot water, a temperature sensor(7), and a water sensor(8) located at the top of the heat exchange chamber.
