The invention relates to a gas and steam turbine plant (1) having a heat recovery steam generator (11) which is connected, at the flue gas side, downstream of a gas turbine (2) and having a low-temperature heat circuit (20) into which a first heat exchanger (16) is connected at the secondary side, which first heat exchanger is connected at the primary side to the heat recovery steam generator (11) via a waste-gas line (15), in which low-temperature heat circuit there are also arranged, in the circuit direction, a heat circuit turbine (21), a condenser (22) and a pump (23).
