The present invention relates to a method for repairing an open channel. Cement mortar is poured on a bottom surface of an old open channel to level a bottom surface. Panels are provided on the bottom surface and an inner wall of the open channel to form a waterway. The joints of the panels are finished to connect the panels. A gap between the panels and the open channel is filled to attach the panels to the inner walls, thereby reinforcing the inner part of the open channel. The method for repairing an open channel can prevent the inner circumferential surface of the open channel from being damaged and cracked by covering the bottom surface and the entire inner wall of the open channel with the panels, can prevent the open channel from being worn out by preventing the inner circumferential surface of the open channel from being in contact with water using panels, can prevent the inner circumferential surface from being worn out by blocking the frictional force of water using the panels, can cover the damaged portion of the open channel with the panels, can make the open channel strong by making the cross-section of the open channel thicker by filling between the open channel and the panels, can reduce maintenance costs by attaching and constructing the panels to the existing open channel, and can not only reduce construction time and manpower but also strongly repair the open channel with a simple construction. |
