According to the present invention, a jumper line (J) moving back and forth is buffered by a back and forth buffer unit (700). In addition, according to the present invention, the jumper line (J) moving left and right is buffered by a first elastic unit (262) and a second elastic unit (263) of a fixing device (200). Further, the jumper line (J) vibrating up and down is buffered by a third elastic unit (264) so that the jumper line (J) can be stably fixed and can be prevented from being sagged caused by fluctuation of the jumper line (J). The jumper line (J) may be sagged if the jumper line (J) is subject to vibration for a long period of time. According to the present invention, the vibration can be buffered so that the jumper line (J) can be prevented from being sagged. Thus, according to the present invention, power can be stably supplied from a power plant (1) to a substation (2) or from the substation (2) to the substation (2) along a transmission line. In addition, according to the present invention, the jumper line (J) can be stably fixed by simply inserting a main buffer unit (260) so that the jumper line (J) can be easily fixed. |
