摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fining mixer which efficiently fines a liquid, gas, or solid mixed into a liquid and steadily generates grains with a diameter of 10 nm or more to 50μm or less. <P>SOLUTION: The fining mixer 1 includes a plurality of fining blocks 3 in a casing 2. A mixture fluid travels through an entrance pipe 24 of a casing 2 and is dispersed by a dispersing head 26 into the casing 2, where the mixture fluid fills a space between the inner surface of the casing 2 and the outer surfaces of the fining blocks 3. The mixture fluid pressurized to a given pressure value enters entrance openings 34a on an end face of each fining block 3 and is guided through supply passages 34 into swirling chambers 32, where the mixture fluid forms swirling flows. Swirling flows are discharged from two swirling chambers 32 of which the axis is formed on a straight line, into a right angle passage 33 formed at right angles to the axis between the swirling chambers 32, and collide against each other in a collide chamber in the right angle passage 33. When the swirling flows collide against each other, air bubbles in the mixture fluid are broken into fine grains. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
