The present invention relates to a method for acquiring an evidence image from a surveillance system comprising a user terminal, an external terminal, and a surveillance server connected to a network, and to a mobile communications terminal for the method. The method for acquiring an evidence image from the surveillance system comprises the following steps: receiving a first emergency signal including location information from the user terminal; setting a bookmark on image data taken by a surveillance device installed at a site corresponding to the location information; and transmitting the image data edited according to the bookmark to the external terminal if a second emergency signal is received from the user terminal. |
