PURPOSE: A fermentation composition of ginkgo epicarp is provided to effectively treat bronchial asthma, especially the cancer cells. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a fermentation composition of ginkgo epicarp comprises the steps of: mixing 100 parts by weight of the ginkgo epicarp, 5-6 parts by weight of tangerine peel or Liriope platyphylla F. T. Wang & T. Tang, 3-4 parts by weight of silkworm manure, black pepper, and saccharides to prepare a ginkgo epicarp mixture; and fermenting the ginkgo epicarp mixture.
